Chief Reynard Faber of the Jicarilla Apache Nation was the great-grandson of Apache Chief Geronimo. He was born into poverty, abuse, alcoholism and even prejudice from within the white man's boarding school in the late 1960's and early 1970's. For years it seemed these tragic events and circumstances would ruin him. But God had a plan!
But, one fateful day he "accidently" discovered the remnants of a tattered old Bible and devoured its teachings. Soon thereafter experiencing miracle after miracle, he left his life as a tribal medicine man to become one of the few Native American evangelists to 150,000 New Mexican Native Americans.
