Parents bringing kids to FILM CAMP have THREE OPTIONS:

1. Drop them off or fly them in and we will pick them up.  Just make sure you have a plan to pick them up.  Lol!

2.  If you are accompanying your camper you can stay at a local hotel.  During productions our cast & crew normally stay at the Courtyard Marriott - Bridgeport, WV.  Be sure to tell them you are with FILM CAMP.  You can of course stay else where in the area.  Most hotels are only 2 miles away from the camp.

3.  You are more than welcome to stay at the camp.  We'd love to have you.

Convenience

Last year during film camp the majority of the parents stayed in hotels. However, they with us on set each day and I feel they would have much preferred to stay at the camp.  The camp has plenty of room and this allows parents the opportunity to be close their kids without being so close.

Accommodations

Upstairs above the large Fellowship Hall are two large dormitory style rooms.  One for boys and one for girls.  The rooms sleep 50, double bunk beds with mattresses clean provided. Because we only have about 20 campers per side, there is plenty of room.  Private restrooms and showers are separate between the girls and boys dorms.  This is camp, but the facility has AC, runing water, hot meals, etc.

Meals

We all eat together.  For the most part (unless the cast & crew are on location filming) we all eat in the main dining room together.

An inclusive price of $250 per parent includes all the meals and accommodations during the week.  Children under 12 that are not part of the camp are FREE.

BY REGISTERING NOW IT HELPS US LET THE CAMP STAFF HOW MANY MEALS TO PRPEARE FOR DURING THE WEEK.
