Tenacity is a gripping true story based on the award-winning book Tenacity written by Ron Coury, a Brooklyn-born U.S. Marine who rose to become one of Las Vegas’s most influential entrepreneurs. He built an empire of over 20 businesses while battling political corruption, false criminal charges, and even a life-threatening cancer diagnosis.

 

Set against the backdrop of 1970s and ’80s Las Vegas, the film explores Coury’s unwavering commitment to justice, his refusal to be intimidated by threats or bribes, and his relentless drive to succeed without compromising his values. Production begins in November 2025 in Bridgeport, West Virginia, before moving to Las Vegas to conclude filming.
