JCFilms Studios Launches Vertical Week: Las Vegas. A First-of-Its-Kind Immersive Vertical Film Production Experience

Las Vegas, NV — August 1–8, 2026 — JCFilms Studios is stepping boldly into the future of storytelling with the launch of Vertical Week: Las Vegas, a faith-driven on-set filmmaking experience producing three original vertical films in one week, all shot in Las Vegas and the surrounding desert. Rooted in purpose and community, Vertical Week is designed to tell meaningful stories that reflect hope, truth, and redemption, meeting audiences where they are through modern platforms.

Vertical Week is not a workshop or classroom experience. It is a fully functioning professional production built around collaboration, service, and shared calling, where every participant is cast in all three films, works on real sets, and earns three IMDb credits upon completion while contributing to stories created to uplift and inspire.

Three Films. One Cast. One Week.

During Vertical Week, participants will be cast in three distinct narrative faith projects, each designed specifically for vertical platforms and mobile audiences:

• ROOM 702 — An intimate drama following strangers whose lives intersect over one transformative night inside a Las Vegas hotel room.

  
  

• MILE MARKER — A reflective desert story about travelers facing personal crossroads along a quiet stretch of highway.

  
  

• NEON BETWEEN US — A modern relationship drama unfolding beneath the neon lights of the Las Vegas Strip, where truth becomes the biggest gamble of all.

All three films will be released following production, offering participants real screen time, professional footage, and legitimate credits.

An Immersive Production Experience

Participants in Vertical Week will stay at the same Las Vegas resort hotel as the cast and crew, creating a shared environment built around collaboration and community. Each day includes active filming across multiple projects, rotating roles and featured moments, and shared meals with the cast and crew.

Vertical Week is open to actors, creatives, and storytellers of all experience levels. No prior acting experience is required.
