What happens when a 44-year-old man decides it’s finally time to chase his dream of playing college football? According to JCFilms’ newest feature, 4th and 44… you lace up your cleats, stretch a little longer than everyone else, and shock absolutely everybody.

Based on the incredible true story of Marty Reichman, 4th and 44 is a heartfelt, faith-driven sports drama that proves once and for all that it’s never too late to go after what God put on your heart, even if your knees have a few opinions about it.

The film stars Dean Cain, legendary Super Bowl–winning quarterback Jim McMahon, and Christian comedian Josh Novey, bringing together a cast that knows a thing or two about performance... whether it’s on the field, on screen, or on stage. And yes, Jim McMahon is exactly as cool as you think he is.
