JCFilms Studios Announces Launch of Faith & Family Acting & Production Studio in North Canton

North Canton, OH — JCFilms Studios is excited to announce the launch of its Faith & Family Acting & Production Studio in North Canton, Ohio, with classes officially beginning March 7, 2026. This new studio marks a major expansion for JCFilms, bringing hands-on Christian filmmaking education and real production opportunities to Northeast Ohio.

Designed for teens and adults, the studio offers a direct pathway for individuals and families of faith to become involved in acting and film production. As part of this initiative, the JCFilms North Canton Production Club will produce two faith and family feature films in the region during 2026, giving students the opportunity to apply their training to real-world projects.

To prepare participants for upcoming productions, JCFilms Studios will host a four-week intensive Acting & Production Training Program covering the core pillars of performance and film involvement: Acting, Action, Auditioning, and Applying. The program will conclude with an Open Audition for an upcoming JC Films feature.

The training will be led by experienced industry professionals, including Jason Campbell, President of JCFilms Studios. Campbell has produced over 100 Christian films and is nationally recognized for building faith-based production clubs and mentoring the next generation of Christian storytellers.

Also serving as an instructor is Stacey Stratton, an accomplished film writer, actress, and producer who leads the North Canton JCFilms Production Club. Stratton has worked with hundreds of local actors and is known for her hands-on teaching style and commitment to helping performers grow in confidence and craft.

“North Canton is the perfect place for this studio,” said Campbell. “Our mission has always been to create faith-filled films while opening doors for people of faith to step into the filmmaking process. This studio allows us to do both.”

Classes will be held at the new JCFilms Ohio Studio, located at South Main Centre, 1177 S. Main St., North Canton, OH 44720.
