New Faith-Based Film “God & Beer” Sparks Conversation on Christianity and Alcohol.

Las Vegas, NV — JCFilms Studios has announced the upcoming release of its newest feature film, God & Beer, a provocative yet respectful exploration of faith, family, and one of Christianity’s most debated topics: alcohol.

Shot in Las Vegas and starring Dean Cain, Jared Dalley and Mark Justice, God & Beer tells the story of an Irish Brew Master who travels to America to reconnect with his estranged daughter. In the process, he discovers a struggling microbrewery and transforms it into a thriving business while opening hearts and conversations about faith along the way.

The film doesn’t shy away from controversy. According to the Pew Research Center, one in two born-again believers drink alcohol, and modern churches remain divided on the issue. Some congregations forbid it, while others serve real wine during communion and even sell bottles of their own wine.

“Let’s face it—Jesus-loving, committed Christians will forever disagree on the issue of alcohol,” said JC Films founder and director Jason Campbell. “As modern Christianity keeps returning to this subject, I say let’s make a movie about it and explore what God says.”

Though God & Beer shows a realistic look at the tensions between alcohol and religion, Campbell stresses that the film approaches the topic with care and respect. “This isn’t about glorifying drinking,” he explained. “It’s about sparking honest dialogue, showing grace, and telling a story about reconciliation and faith.”

With its timely subject matter and powerful performances, God & Beer is already drawing attention as one of JCFilms Studios’ most conversation-starting projects to date. The film will be available soon, with release details to follow in the coming weeks.
