WHAT DAY IS IT? WHY ARE THE KIDS STILL HOME? AND WHO ATE ALL THE CHRISTMAS LEFTOVERS?!

JCFILMS ANNOUNCES HILARIOUS NEW CHRISTMAS COMEDY STARRING DANIEL ROEBUCK — AND WANTS YOUR FAMILY IN THE MOVIE!

BRIDGEPORT, WV — You know that strange week between Christmas and New Year's when nobody knows what day it is, everyone's wearing pajamas at 2 p.m., the refrigerator is full of leftover ham, and the kids have already started complaining they're bored?

JCFilms Studios has the perfect solution… PUT THEM IN A MOVIE! The West Virginia-based film studio has announced its newest family comedy, CHRISTMAS LEFTOVERS, starring Hollywood veteran Daniel Roebuck, with production scheduled for December 27–30, 2026.

And here's the fun part: JCFilms is looking for 13 kids and eight adults to join the cast, with guaranteed speaking roles!

EIGHT GRANDKIDS. TWO GRANDPARENTS. SIX DAYS. SOMEONE CALL FOR HELP!

Christmas Leftovers follows Frank and Linda, an older couple who have just survived another enormous family Christmas.

The presents are opened. The relatives have eaten everything. The house looks like a Christmas tornado hit it. And Grandpa Frank is finally looking forward to some peace and quiet. But on December 26, their grown children announce they're going on vacation. WITHOUT THEIR KIDS!

Suddenly, Grandma and Grandpa are stuck with eight energetic grandchildren, a house full of Christmas decorations, and six very long days until New Year's Eve.

What follows is a hilarious holiday disaster filled with sibling rivalries, teenage attitudes, pillow fights, household chaos, and one grandfather desperately counting down the minutes until the parents return.

But somewhere between the leftover Christmas ham and the complete destruction of Grandpa's sanity, this family discovers that sometimes the best Christmas memories happen AFTER Christmas!

Leading the cast is Daniel Roebuck, known for his memorable performances in The Fugitive, Matlock, Lost, and numerous other Hollywood productions.

"Who better to put in charge of eight crazy grandkids than Daniel Roebuck? He's survived Hollywood for decades. Let's see if he can survive six days with these kids!"

WANT TO BE PART OF THIS CRAZY FAMILY? WE NEED YOU!

JCFilms is inviting children, parents, grandparents, and aspiring actors to join the production through its popular On-Set Movie Experience.

The studio has 13 children's roles for ages 8 and older and eight adult roles available, each offering a guaranteed speaking part in the film.

Participants receive an IMDb acting credit, hotel accommodations, meals on set, and the opportunity to work alongside Daniel Roebuck and professional filmmakers.

"We want real families to come have some fun," Campbell explained. "If your child has a big personality, loves being silly, or has ever dreamed of being in a movie, this is a wonderful opportunity. And parents, don't worry. You can join the movie too!"

THE PERFECT CHRISTMAS PRESENT!

Forget another video game, another sweater, or another toy that will be forgotten by New Year's. GIVE SOMEONE THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING IN A REAL CHRISTMAS MOVIE!

"By December 27, the kids are already bored, the parents are tired, and nobody knows what to do. So instead of sitting around watching Christmas movies, why not make one? At least this way, all that holiday chaos might actually be useful!"

With only 21 speaking-role opportunities available, JCFilms encourages interested families to register early.
