Orlando, FL - JCFilms Studios has officially announced production on its newest faith and family feature, Our Amazing Grace, a powerful true story about love, sacrifice, and the urgent need for foster parents in America.
The film follows a devoted family who leaves Puerto Rico and moves to Florida in search of a better life. Along the way, they encounter the heartbreaking reality of the foster care system and discover a calling to open their hearts and home to children in need.
At the center of the story is Grace, a young girl who has endured the uncertainty of moving in and out of foster care. Her journey toward healing and belonging becomes a powerful testimony of faith, family, and redemption.
Starring Karen Abercrombie (War Room) and Kevin Sorbo (God’s Not Dead), Our Amazing Grace blends dramatic storytelling with a message of hope that shines a light on the critical need for foster parents across the nation.
“Every child deserves a safe and loving home,” said JCFilms President Jason Campbell. “This film not only entertains but also inspires families to consider how they can make a difference in the life of a child.”
More than just a film, Our Amazing Grace is being produced to challenge churches and people of faith to step up and get more involved in foster care. With the foster care epidemic worsening in America, the film seeks to raise awareness and ignite a movement of believers to open their hearts and homes to children in crisis.
Our Amazing Grace will be produced in Orlando, Florida, in January 2026, marking the 10th film JC Films has produced in Orlando. Open auditions will be held in December 2025 for those interested in participating in the project.
The film will premiere nationwide through JCFilms’ community film clubs and the JC+ streaming platform.
