JCFILMS STUDIOS has produced films all over, but never in New York. That’s all about to change with the creation of a new Production Club in the Empire State. The LONG ISLAND JCFILMS PRODUCTION CLUB is a partnership between JCFILMS STUDIOS and Jennie Bravata with Errand of Angels Films.
“This is amazing! Jennie is such a talented filmmaker and with Dean Cain’s schedule putting him in New York City once a month, it’s perfect timing,” says Jason Campbell, President of JCFILMS STUDIOS.
As you may know, JCFILMS STUDIOS operates about twenty of these satellite Production Clubs around the world. Each club not only produces faith and family entertainment, but they collaborate with other creative people of faith in their communities.
The purpose of the Long Island Production Club is to cultivate a community of likeminded filmmakers, creators, and talent who come together to produce family-friendly feature films with positive and impactful messages that cut across into mainstream audiences.
This new Long Island Production Club will be under the direction of Jennie Bravata. Jennie is a native of Long Island, and an actress, model, writer, director, and producer. As an actress in the secular world and especially in New York, Jennie often found herself feeling discouraged by film scripts she was given. She did not want to compromise her integrity for a role. She found herself conflicted—with her desire to be a part of the film industry and her desire to walk with Christ.
Jennie says, “I look forward to being a part of the JCFilms family, working with other Christian artists, and helping to create entertainment that will uplift and inspire people to see and feel God's love for them through film.
